How much does it cost to clean my home?
Heaven Scent Home Cleaning's pricing is based on the size of your home and the desired level of service. We operate on a flat rate basis given the number of bedrooms, and we also offer hourly services. Please click to schedule your free quote.
What if I want a cleaner by the hour?
If you would like to forgo our standard pricing and hire an HOURLY cleaner, we can provide this at a cost of $60/hour. Our minimum appointment is two (2) hours.
Is tip included?
Tipping is not mandatory or required in any way, but you have the option of doing so if you feel that you've received exceptional service. Heaven Scent Home Cleaning personnel are not permitted to solicit tips under any circumstances.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We do not take personal checks as form of payment for non-contracted clients. Heaven Scent does require a deposit to hold a slot for future services to be performed of $100.00 which is nonrefundable.
We do require a $150.00 non-refundable deposit for all onetime cleaning customers in order to reserve cleaning via major credit card only.
One Time Cleaning Cancellation Policy:
Heaven Scent does require that all onetime cleaning clients contact Heaven Scent 24 hours before if plans change due to unforeseen circumstances. Please be aware that all onetime clients are to be at designated property when Heaven Scent staff arrives if client fails to do so and can not be contacted by phone or email and has not contacted Heaven Scent 24 hours in advance it is at the sole discretion of Heaven Scent based on schedule to return to property there will be a $90.00 fee to return and if no one contacts Heaven Scent Prior to our arrival client does forfeit total amount billed for service NO EXCEPTIONS!
How do I change my billing information?
For safe and secure service please contact our office @ 952 854-9177 during normal business hours 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday thru Friday to switch your billing information. Heaven Scent Home Cleaning does offer monthly billing by credit card which is kept on file and billed at the beginning of each month for the services to be performed, if monthly billing by credit card is done you must contact our office 2 weeks before the billing to make any changes to the services you will be receiving the following month to avoid a $25.00 cancellation fee of services billed. What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your service without a penalty 24 HOURS before your scheduled cleaning. There will be a $90 CANCELLATION FEE if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If we come out and are not able to get in due to the client not being home or a mechanical error with key or garage code client will pay a $50.00 FEE.
