Home cleaning FAQs
Quick answers to the questions Minnetonka homeowners ask most. Have another question? Our office is happy to help.
How much does home cleaning cost in Minnetonka?
Pricing depends on your home’s size, its current condition, how often you book and any add-ons. We provide a free quote by phone or through a Virtual Bid video walkthrough, so you know the price before we start. Recurring clients can ask about recurring service discounts.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Our professional team brings all necessary supplies and equipment.
Are your house cleaners background checked?
Yes. Every team member is background checked, interviewed in person, and fully trained before entering your home.
How often should I schedule house cleaning?
Most Minnetonka clients choose weekly or bi-weekly service for consistent results. We also offer monthly or one-time deep cleans based on your needs.
What is the difference between home cleaning and deep cleaning?
Regular home cleaning covers the essentials (dusting, vacuuming, kitchens, bathrooms). Deep cleaning is a thorough top-to-bottom service ideal for seasonal refreshes, move-ins/outs, or homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. We love pets and are experienced with pet hair and odors. A small pet-hair fee may apply depending on the condition of the home.
What if something is missed during my cleaning?
Just let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right at no extra charge.
How do payment and cancellations work?
We accept major credit cards. Please give us 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can adjust our schedule.
